SPA Turbo adjustable fuel pressure regulator is designed as a direct replacement for the original regulator in selected BMW EFI fuel systems. The regulator installs directly into the original fuel rail using the factory clips and mounting hardware, making installation simple without extensive modifications.
Fuel pressure is adjustable from 10 to 65 PSI (0.7-4.5 bar), making the regulator suitable for both stock engines and modified engines equipped with a turbocharger, supercharger, or other performance upgrades. The integrated 1:1 vacuum/boost reference ensures that fuel pressure follows manifold pressure, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the fuel injectors under both vacuum and boost conditions.
The internal floating ball valve design provides stable and precise fuel pressure regulation, ensuring consistent fuel delivery during idle, part throttle, and full load. The regulator is compatible with gasoline, E85, pure ethanol, and methanol, making it suitable for performance, motorsport, and flex fuel applications.
Note: Fits selected BMW models equipped with Bosch fuel pressure regulator 0 280 160 249, 0 280 160 502, 0 280 160 503, or 0 280 160 504. As these regulators were used on different models depending on market and production year, always verify the Bosch part number on the original regulator before ordering.
