Universal sports muffler “Super 63” – Simons stainless steel 2.5" SS304

The Simons “Super 63” is a universal sports muffler manufactured from SS304 stainless steel, developed for custom-built and tailor-made exhaust systems where sound quality, exhaust flow and durability are key priorities. The muffler is designed to deliver a noticeably deeper and fuller exhaust tone compared to standard mufflers, without producing a harsh or metallic sound.

Its internal construction and oval casing are engineered to provide a balanced combination of effective sound attenuation and unrestricted exhaust flow. This makes the “Super 63” suitable for both road use and more performance-oriented applications, where a clear sporty sound character is desired without unnecessary backpressure.

The inlet and outlet are positioned centre to centre, allowing for flexible integration into a wide range of exhaust layouts. This makes the muffler suitable both for newly fabricated exhaust systems and as a high-quality replacement in existing setups.
