Radium Engineering fuel hanger for Toyota Supra MK4 JZA80 is a complete upgrade for the fuel system, developed specifically for the original tank in the Supra MK4. This solution makes it possible to install 1, 2 or 3 aftermarket pumps directly in the original tank – without having to permanently modify the tank access cover. The fuel hanger is designed for, among others, Walbro GSS342 and AEM 50-1200 pumps, making it suitable for builds where higher fuel flow and a flexible pump setup are required.
Fuel pump hanger is designed with focus on easy installation and professional AN hose routing. The feed connection is made with 10-AN ORB thread and supplied with a low-profile 8-AN male fitting, while the return connection is 8-AN ORB with a low-profile 6-AN male fitting. The pump outlets are collected in a solid 10-AN billet collector, where the integrated check valves in the pumps ensure correct flow control. Hose barb fittings are also included, so the OEM return and vent hoses can easily be refitted.
The electrical part is significantly upgraded compared to standard solutions. Custom-designed stainless steel bulkhead studs handle high current far better than traditional bulkhead connectors. The connections are fully sealed and resistant to both regular and special fuels. The wiring is kept low-profile under the OEM tank cover using the included foam insulation, and non-conductive top nuts prevent the risk of short circuiting. The internal wiring is made with ETFE-insulated wire, which is chemically resistant and designed for use in a tank environment.
The Venturi jet pump has been redesigned to eliminate restrictions in the return line, while efficiently drawing fuel into the pump section. This makes it possible to use high-performance pumps without risk of pressure issues. The system consumes 15–45 LPH depending on fuel pressure, which must be included when sizing the pumps.
The construction is made from anodised aluminium and developed as a true drop-in OEM replacement with built-in protection against fuel starvation during hard driving.
