Tube bead roller

This tube bead roller is a professional tool for creating a rounded bead on aluminium pipes. The rounded bead helps keep turbo hoses, silicone hoses and other hoses more securely in place, especially when working with charge pipes, intercooler pipes and custom-built pipe systems.

The tool is suitable for aluminium pipes from 16 millimetres and up, with a wall thickness from approximately 2 millimetres. It is easily mounted in a vice, after which the handle is turned to form the bead on the pipe. This makes the tool practical for workshops, motorsport, tuning and custom builds where a safer and more professional pipe finish is required.

A tube bead roller is especially relevant when making charge pipes and intake pipes, where the hose needs to stay stable under pressure and vibration. The rounded bead reduces the risk of the hose sliding off the pipe when secured with a hose clamp.
