Turbosmart FPR6 is designed for EFI fuel systems with AN6 fittings where precise fuel pressure control, fast response, and high flow capacity are essential. The regulator features a true 1:1 vacuum/boost reference, ensuring that fuel pressure follows manifold pressure and maintains a constant pressure differential across the fuel injectors under both vacuum and boost conditions.
The CNC-machined billet aluminum construction, combined with a stainless steel valve and MILSPEC diaphragm, provides outstanding precision, long service life, and stable fuel pressure regulation even under demanding conditions. The large bypass capacity ensures stable fuel pressure from idle to full load, making the regulator suitable for both OEM and modified EFI fuel systems.
Fuel pressure is adjustable from 35 to 80 PSI (2.41–5.52 bar). The regulator features 2 x AN6 inlets and 1 x AN6 return port and is suitable for EFI return-style fuel systems supporting engine outputs of up to approximately 1,200 horsepower.
FPR6 is compatible with gasoline, E85, methanol, leaded racing fuels, and other common motorsport fuels. The integrated 1/8" NPT gauge port allows the installation of a fuel pressure gauge or fuel pressure sensor, while the locking adjustment collar makes it easy to fine-tune and securely maintain the desired fuel pressure.
