Silicone radiator hose kit for VW Golf GTI MK5 2.0 TFSI

Silicone radiator hose kit for Volkswagen Golf GTI MK5 / MKV 2.0 TFSI Turbo. The kit is designed as an upgrade or replacement for original radiator hoses where improved resistance to heat, pressure and ageing is required.

The hoses are made from 3-ply silicone with a wall thickness of 4.5 mm. This gives a strong and flexible hose that can better retain its shape under load and high temperatures. The kit is suitable for road use, tuning, turbo builds and trackday use where the cooling system is exposed to higher stress than standard.

With an operating temperature range from approx. -54°C to 260°C and a working pressure of 0.3–0.9 MPa, the hoses are built for demanding conditions. The burst pressure of 245 PSI provides extra safety in installations where a more robust solution than standard rubber hoses is required.
