F90000285 Hellcat 525LPH from TI Automotive (known under the Walbro name) is one of the highest performing in-tank fuel pumps on the market. It is developed for extreme performance and motorsport applications where maximum fuel delivery, stable pressure, and compatibility with both petrol and E85 are essential.

The pump is based on the award-winning DCSS 39/50 technology, using a single impeller with two parallel rows of turbine blades. This dual-channel design provides significantly higher flow at high pressure, improved hot fuel flow, and lower noise compared to traditional pumps. The result is up to 20% higher efficiency than conventional in-tank fuel pumps.

The internal check valve prevents pressure drop in the system, eliminating long crank times after the vehicle has been standing still. At the same time, the pump features a high pressure relief setting, allowing it to be used reliably in both turbocharged and supercharged setups.

This model is capable of supporting 900+ HP at 60 PSI in naturally aspirated applications, and even more in forced induction setups when correctly configured.
