Wilwood 340-13833 Floor Mount Clutch / Brake Pedal
The Wilwood 340-13833 is a compact and robust floor mount pedal assembly designed for mounting a single clutch or brake master cylinder in a forward-facing position outside the firewall. The design is intended for performance and motorsport applications where precise pedal response and high structural strength are essential.
The assembly is built around a lightweight yet rigid aluminum frame with a black E-coat finish for increased durability and corrosion resistance. The pedal arm features a reinforced forged I-beam construction, providing high stiffness and minimal flex under load. The non-skid, waffle-style pedal pad is laterally adjustable, allowing the pedal position to be tailored to driver ergonomics or packaging constraints.
This pedal assembly accepts Wilwood vertical mount flange master cylinders in both single and tandem outlet configurations. Horizontal mount flange master cylinders require an adapter kit. Master cylinders are not included and must be selected separately based on style and bore size.
The pedal features a fixed 6.0:1 pedal ratio, offering a well-balanced combination of pedal effort and travel. The relatively high ratio allows increased hydraulic pressure with moderate pedal force, making it suitable for heavy clutch systems and performance brake setups where control and feedback are prioritized over extremely short pedal travel.
