ACL conrod bearings Toyota 1E/2E/4E-FE STD

ACL connecting rod bearings for Toyota 1E, 2E and 4E-FE engines with standard crankshaft. The bearings are suitable for engine rebuilds, standard engine builds and lighter performance use where stronger tri-metal bearings are desired compared with simple standard bearings.

The ACL Duraglide series is built as tri-metal bearings with steel backing, copper-based intermediate layer and durable bearing surface. The construction provides good load capacity, stable oil film and reliable function when oil clearance, crankshaft dimensions and connecting rods are correctly checked.

4B8390-STD is supplied in standard size and must be used with a standard crankshaft that has not been ground undersize. The bearings are relevant for both standard rebuilds and builds where a more robust bearing solution is desired than ordinary OE replacement bearings.

Correct measurement of crankshaft, connecting rod and oil clearance is always recommended before final installation to ensure optimal service life and reliability.
