BMW E90/E91/E92 rear strut brace is used to stiffen the rear end of the car and increase chassis rigidity in the underbody. It is mounted in the original fixing points at the bottom of the rear end and is an ideal choice if you want better stability, more precise response and better control – both on the road and track.
By reducing chassis flex, the strut brace helps improve the car’s handling, especially during hard driving, cornering and on uneven surfaces. It is therefore suitable for street cars, trackday, drift and motorsport, where a more stable rear end gives better feedback and control.
The strut brace is manufactured in Poland and produced with focus on strength and durability. It is welded using the MIG/MAG method in precise welding fixtures, ensuring correct fitment and high quality. The brackets are laser-cut and CNC-bent, while the mounting holes are pressed for extra strength and functionality.
The main profile is made from steel as a flat oval profile measuring 40 x 20 millimetres with a wall thickness of 3 millimetres. After production, the strut brace is black powder-coated, giving it a durable surface and a discreet look that fits well with most car builds.
Installation is done in the car’s original fixing points, which means no modifications to the chassis are required.
