BMW E90/E91/E92/E93/E87 front strut brace

BMW E90/E91/E92/E93/E87 front strut brace is used to stiffen the front end of the car and connect the front strut towers. It fits the BMW E9X series as well as BMW E87 and is developed so the original strut braces in the engine bay can still be retained. It fits all body variants and most engine variants, except BMW 335i and 135i.

The strut brace is an ideal choice if you want better stability, more precise steering response and a more complete motorsport look. It helps reduce movement in the chassis around the front strut towers, which can give a more direct feel in the suspension.

The strut brace is manufactured in Poland and produced with focus on strength, fitment and durability. It is welded using the MIG/MAG method in dedicated welding fixtures, so the shape and mounting points are precise. The brackets are laser-cut and CNC-bent, while the mounting holes are pressed for extra strength and functionality.

The main profile is made from steel as a flat oval profile measuring 40 x 20 millimetres with a wall thickness of 3 millimetres. After production, the strut brace is black powder-coated, giving it a durable surface and a discreet appearance that fits well with most car builds.

The strut brace has been tested under demanding conditions, including drift and rally, and is suitable for street cars, trackday and motorsport, where increased chassis stiffness and better suspension response are an advantage.
