How to return or exchange an item:

Print and complete the returns form, which you have also received from us by email. The returns form can be found in the same email as your tracking information.

When exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal:
Write the following on the purchase invoice: "I wish to exercise my 14-day right of withdrawal."

For defective items:
Describe what is wrong with the item and how the fault occurred. If possible, please also send us an email with a video showing the fault.

For exchanges:
Write on the invoice which item you would like to exchange it for. You can also provide a link to the desired item on our website.

Remember your bank details:
Write your bank registration number and account number on the invoice so that we have the necessary information for any refund.

Defective items will be inspected when we receive them. If we determine that the item is defective, we will normally send a replacement item.

Please note the following:

When exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal or exchanging an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. When returning a defective item, Qualitec will cover the return shipping costs by prior agreement.

The return package must be sent directly to our address and must not be sent to a parcel shop. If the package is sent to a parcel shop and we have to collect it, a fee of DKK 150 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
