Simons catback sports exhaust for Audi A4 B7 2WD Sedan and Avant with 1.8T and 2.0 TFSI engine. The system fits models from 2005-2008 and is installed after the catalytic converter/flex section as the rear section of the exhaust.
The exhaust is made from stainless steel with a 63.5 millimetre main pipe and 2 x 50.8 millimetre pipework to the two rear silencers. The duplex layout with 100 millimetre tailpipes on each side gives the Audi A4 B7 a more distinctive and symmetrical rear-end look, which suits both Sedan and Avant well.
On the 1.8T and 2.0 TFSI, the system gives a deeper and sportier turbo-engine sound, especially under acceleration and load. The sound becomes more noticeable than standard, while still being suitable for normal road use where the car should not feel like a pure track system. The more open pipework can also help improve flow and reduce back pressure compared to a standard exhaust system.
The system is E-marked and type-approved for road use according to European requirements, where the vehicle’s remaining setup and local regulations allow it.
