Surge tank without petrol pump - Alu

This 2 litre fuel surge tank is designed for fuel systems where a more stable fuel supply is required for tuning, motorsport, drift and drag racing. The tank is suitable for use with a Bosch 044 fuel pump and similar pumps where there is a need to reduce the risk of fuel starvation during hard driving.

A fuel surge tank helps ensure that the fuel pump always has access to fuel, even when the fuel in the main tank moves during acceleration, braking and cornering loads. This provides a more stable supply to the engine’s fuel system and is especially relevant for performance and motorsport setups.

The tank has 3 AN6 O-ring threaded ports, typically used for feed from the original fuel tank or fuel cell, return to the original tank and return flow from the fuel rail.
