Aluminium Radiator for BMW E46 – EXTREME

This EXTREME aluminium radiator for BMW E46 is designed for demanding motorsport and performance use, where efficient cooling and high reliability are essential. The radiator is manufactured from heavy-duty aluminium with strong welds and a high-quality finish, making it suitable for track use, rally, drifting, and tuned road cars.

Please note that the radiator is supplied without filler cap, pressure valve, or radiator cap. A separate expansion tank must therefore be purchased and installed. This setup offers greater flexibility in cooling system layouts and is commonly preferred in motorsport applications.

Installation is straightforward, as the radiator features aluminium hose outlets at both the top and bottom. These outlets are designed for hose connections and not clip fittings. We recommend using a 38 mm 90° silicone hose bend and a coupler, which can also be used for bleeding – see related products.
