BMW M50/M52 intake manifold

TIG-welded aluminium intake manifold for BMW M50 and M52 Turbo. The manifold is developed for tuning, turbo and motorsport applications where improved airflow, a stronger construction and a more flexible setup are required compared to the original manifold.

The manifold is suitable for up to 2.0 bar boost pressure and is supplied with a Ø90 mm CNC 5-axis aluminium throttle body. It has internal velocity stacks for improved air distribution and is suitable for engine builds where the standard intake manifold becomes a restriction.

A fuel rail is included and has 3/4"-16 UNF thread. AN6 / Dash 6 fittings are included, so the fuel rail can be connected to an AN6 fuel system. Fuel rail mounting brackets are also included.

The manifold has 4 x 1/8 NPT sensor ports for pressure sensors or other connections. The idle valve connection is made for the original BMW idle valve. O-ring seals for manifold/cylinder head and fittings for the brake booster vacuum outlet are also included.
