Steering angle & lock kits

Steering angle kits and steering lock kits are developed for cars where increased steering angle, better control and a more direct response from the front end are wanted. This type of part is used especially on cars for drift, trackday and motorsport, where the standard steering system and suspension often limit how much steering angle the car can achieve. By upgrading with a steering angle or steering lock kit, it is in many cases possible to increase the steering angle while also improving the car’s control during large steering inputs and quick direction changes.

In many contexts, terms such as steering lock kits, steering angle kits, angle kits and lock kits are used for the same type of solution or related products. The purpose is typically to change the geometry and movement in the front suspension so the car gets more lock, a greater operating range in the steering and a better ability to stay under control during active driving. This is especially relevant in drifting, where increased steering angle can be a clear advantage, but also on projects where a more aggressive and performance-oriented steering response is wanted.
