ATL Racing Fuel Cell 30L – Ø550 x 160 mm – No Top Plate – FIA FT3-1999

The ATL Racing Fuel Cell is a professional FIA-approved safety fuel bladder developed for motorsport applications where maximum safety and reliability are essential. This model is designed to fit into the spare wheel well of many vehicles, making efficient use of the available space without compromising safety.

The fuel bladder is manufactured from ATL's unique impact-resistant polymer, combining exceptional strength with excellent flexibility. Unlike conventional plastic fuel tanks, this FIA-homologated fuel bladder is engineered to withstand the extreme demands of motorsport and crash impacts.

The fuel bladder is compatible with petrol, E85, diesel, methanol and most other motorsport fuels. It is supplied without a top plate and without internal components, making it ideal for custom installations where you want to choose your own top plate, fittings and fuel system components.

Note

FIA regulations require the fuel bladder to be installed inside an aluminium container. When checking fitment, always use the external dimensions of the aluminium container rather than the fuel bladder itself.

The fuel bladder will naturally expand slightly after exposure to fuel (typically 2–4%). Final dimensions are normally reached after approximately two weeks.

The FIA certification is valid for five years from the date of manufacture. The fuel bladder can then be recertified by ATL for an additional two years, giving a maximum FIA-approved service life of seven years.
