VAG 1.8T transverse 270 hp

Below you will find the parts you need to tune your transverse VAG 1.8T engine up to 270 horsepower.

1. Add a 1.8T upgrade turbo 270 hp to the basket. Choose with or without CNC Billet Wheel 6+6 turbo.
2. Add a silicone intake to the basket. Fits upgrade turbo and large mass air flow meter.
3. Choose between different exhaust manifolds below. If you choose the cast iron manifold, remember to add 3 bolts, 3 nuts, and 2 gaskets; you will find them under related products inside the manifold product page.
4. Add a set of support studs and copper nuts to the basket.
5. Add a downpipe to the basket. If the one below does not fit, we have several more downpipe models.
6. Choose a new catback exhaust with more flow.
7. Choose an intercooler model below.
8. Choose a mass air flow meter below. VR6 is square, so note that the Audi TT is round at one end.
9. Add four 441 cc injectors to the basket.
10. Add a 4-bar regulator to the basket.

Additional recommendations:

1. It is strongly recommended to replace the N75 valve, as otherwise it causes unstable boost pressure.
2. Water injection can provide up to 25 hp.
3. The original blow off valve can become weak over time. An open valve can also be used to get the “whoosh” sound. Find more models at the bottom of the page.
